VIA LEVANZO HOMES
The Via Levanzo Homes are nestled near the mountains of Henderson, NV. These one of a kind single-family homes are breathtaking from the second you step foot on the property. These brand-new homes consist of new appliances, a large kitchen, master suite, and plenty of natural light. The backyard is absolutely breathtaking with a covered patio, large pool/spa, and gorgeous mountain views.
For this project, the homeowners association arranged to have the backyards of five homes in their neighborhood upgraded. The backyard of these homes in particular faced the mountains perfectly. To avoid obstructing any of those magnificent views, we decided to use our fully frameless glass pool fence. The minimal design of the fence made the yards feel as if they were endless, really opening up the area as it flowed towards the mountains beyond. We successfully preserved the natural views while adding a protective barrier around the area.
