THE KENDRICK
The Kendrick in Needham, MA is a luxury apartment community taking everyday living to a whole new level. They offer topnotch features, spacious layouts, and an assortment of amenities. Their outdoor area is a sight to see as they conveyed close attention to detail. Luscious greenery surrounds their beautiful pool, courtyard, and cabanas. These can easily be enjoyed in the warm summer months, however with the changing seasons comes a cold windy break.
This is where we stepped in to curate a glass railing design that could withstand both summer and winter seasons, while maintaining the flawless style of the apartments. We elected to use our AWS Aluminum Glass Windscreen System to enclose the pool and protect the area from the cold winds. This “wind wall” combines a minimal design with durable structural properties for added protection while preserving an aesthetically pleasing look. In addition, we added our AWS Commercial Gates suitable for high foot traffic with its self-closing, self-latching design. This outdoor area is a sight to see at any time of the year.
