STERLING 920 TERRACE
Sterling 920 Terrace is a chic apartment complex targeting college students who are seeking luxury housing at an affordable price. Conveniently located near ASU in Tempe, AZ, this complex suits any college student’s dream with their resort style pool, private study areas, and 3,000 square foot fitness center.
The goal of this project was to create a barrier between the hotel and putting green while maintaining the contemporary aesthetic of the outdoor area. We opted for our Fully Frameless Base Shoe Railing System to allow the outdoor space to remain visually exposed, however adding a tasteful barrier. We then added a top rail to the glass railing system to accentuate the modern looking style of the exterior. In the end, we effectively produced a beautiful design to complement this picturesque outdoor area.
With our glass windscreen and glass railing system, we were successfully able to produce the perfect mix of style and function. This added a secure boundary around the pool as well as the entire outdoor seating area.
